To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

I got my Fiesta box and did not like it! Am I stuck with it?
Of course not! I want you to be happy with your purchase so if you ever receive an item that really doesn’t suit your needs, just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll be happy to sent you a replacement or something you might like better.
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and must be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, an a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period for up to 14 days for us to process refund.
